Apprenticeships

 Level 2 Team Leading

• Level 3 Management

Whatever industry you are working in, an apprenticeship in either Team Leading or Management, results in a universal qualification that develops existing skills whilst broadening business knowledge and experience.

Recruiting already-qualified team leaders or managers can be a costly exercise. By developing existing staff with management and leadership skills, it is possible to recruit internally for more senior roles, creating loyal and motivated employees who have been trained in your business.

Our Team Leading and Management apprenticeships are work-based training programmes that are designed for an individual or group of employees who you would like to progress into managerial or team leading role. The training for either option is fully funded and is open to employees of any age.

With all training delivered in the workplace, it is a convenient method to turn the skills that your employees learn, develop and use in their job into a qualification.

The apprenticeships are based on an NVQ Level 2 in Team Leading or Level 3 in Management, alongside the communication, literacy and numeracy key skills that learners need to excel in their job.

Upon completion you can feel confident that your employee(s) can:

• Mange their own workload
• Work effectively with other people
• Coherently express their opinion and discuss problems and solutions related to their job
• Understand what a good team leader or manager should be doing

Depending on their learning route they could also:

• Effectively lead or supervise others
• Allocate and check other peoples work
• Plan and implement change
• Manage a project and budget
• Carry out operational plans
