The construction industry is growing rapidly with specialised trades that need a qualified workforce. It is estimated that 500,000 construction workers in the UK have no formal qualifications at Level 2 or equivalent which is putting increasing pressure on the industry to make investments into training.
Encouraging an existing employee to do an apprenticeship or hiring an apprentice means that you are actively making these investments.
By working towards a qualification and receiving up-to-date training, apprentices get the practical skills they need for a life-long career in construction.

Bricklaying Level 2 and 3
Site Carpentry and Bench Joinery Level 2 and 3
