Conferences and Exhibitions at Darlington College
DARLINGTON College was once again the venue of choice as it played host to a top Government minister at the launch a new specialist mental health service for armed forces veterans.

Under Secretary of State for Defence and Veterans Minster Kevan Jones was welcomed by the college as he spoke at the Darlington launch of Tees, Esk and Wear Valleys NHS Foundation Trust’s Community Veterans Mental Health Service.
Marketing manager for Darlington College Laura Cowie said: “The College is an integral part of the Darlington community and we were delighted to be able to welcome Tees, Esk and Wear Valleys NHS Foundation Trust and the Minister to our new building.
“We are seeing a sharp increase in the number bookings from both the public and private sector for the use of our facilities which really are second to none.”
The main college atrium provides space for conferences, exhibitions and large events and a number of classrooms are also available for break off meetings and smaller rooms for formal presentations.
The college also has a fully staffed working kitchen and restaurant which can cater for 200 to 300 people, from buffet style to sit down a la carte and has hosted events for NHS Darlington, the Darlington Model Railway Club, the Chartered Institute of Builders, EdExcel, Cambian Health Care as well as The Best of Darlington annual awards.
Darlington College at Catterick has also played host to the Inland Revenue, Bridgestone, Leeds Metropolitan University and Carillion over the last 12 months.
