As an Employer Engagement Adviser it is my responsibility to engage with new and existing employers in order to establish what their training needs may be. I specialise in working with employers in the Hospitality and Catering and Hairdressing, Sports and Security industries as well as those looking for Health care, Child care and business administration qualifications.</p>

As an Employer Engagement Adviser, my key role is to recommend the most cost effective routes for employee development. I have played a key part in helping businesses in the region including Darlington Council and the Magnet Group to deliver tailored training programmes to suit employee and business needs.
